Prepping Patients for Surgery

Patients undergoing surgery have an array of questions. To alleviate any worries or stress, Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery asked us to create a video their patients can watch, whether it’s several weeks out or the night before the surgery, and be put at ease about what to expect. Here, we allow patients to see the facility, get to know some of the staff members, and are given reminders about what is needed prior to their medical procedure. This video walks a patient through the entire process, from beginning to end, then hear reassuring words from someone who’s been through it before. A great way to stay connected and create that relationship for a great result for everyone.
